This 23 minutes Vinyasa Yoga flow is perfect to strengthen your lower body, while working on our flexibility.
15 minutes to welcome peace and calmness into your mind and body, while becoming one with our powerful bodies. We are ending this intermediate yoga practice with a relaxing Savasana (= a relaxation in Corpse Pose) to allow you to completely let go of that what no longer serves you. A perfect way to end your work-out routine.
