In this 40 minutes Vinyasa Yoga Flow we are challenging and energizing our bodies with several strengthening positions and stretches. Give yourself this opportunity to be fully present in this moment, and to become one with your body, mind and soul.

♥ Vinyasa for the Lower Body

This 23 minutes Vinyasa Yoga flow is perfect to strengthen your lower body, while working on our flexibility.

♥ Quick Vinyasa Flow

15 minutes to welcome peace and calmness into your mind and body, while becoming one with our powerful bodies. We are ending this intermediate yoga practice with a relaxing Savasana (= a relaxation in Corpse Pose) to allow you to completely let go of that what no longer serves you. A perfect way to end your work-out routine.

Join me in 45 minutes of Vinyasa Yoga and enjoy a powerful yoga session. This practice will allow you to boost your energy, while working on your body, flexibility and mobility.
